This new Tuscan Grill is made from enamelled cast iron and designed for the Morso Forno Outdoor Oven as well as the Morso Forno Gas Medio and Grande models. The grill can withstand extremely high temperatures, and thanks to the outer rim design with the small lip, you can use the Morso Handle to move the grill in and out of the Morso Forno's. With the slightly elevated outer lip, your food won't move during cooking, and with the use of enamelled cast iron, the Tuscan grill absorbs the beautiful juices compared to toasting your food with stainless steel grills.
