Pack of 2 pieces: deck stair stringer 2 steps-h34cm
Package of 2 pieces: deck stair stringer 2 steps pressure-treated wood
Our stringers allow you to easily build your outdoor or indoor staircase.
They are useful for overcoming height differences in your garden, for accessing the terrace, front door, basement, or upper floor.
The steps are fixed onto the stringers. We recommend placing them every 60 cm to ensure the structure is sturdy and safe. Larger distances may compromise the strength of the steps due to the weight.
Place the stringers no more than 60 cm apart and screw the wooden boards to create your outdoor staircase. For extra stability and safety, you can also create a riser by adding a vertical board between each step.
The standard stringer is suitable for any regular staircase and available up to 8 steps high. 2 steps of each 145mm wide can be screwed onto the stair stringer, giving a depth of 29cm per step.
We recommend building wooden steps using our impregnated wooden boards. Check out our page "How to build wooden outdoor stairs?" for more information on creating a DIY garden staircase.

- 100cm wide and higher then 7 steps = 3 stair stringers
- 120 / 140 / 160cm wide = 3 stair stringers.
- For every additional 60 cm, it is recommended to add an extra stringer.
By following these recommendations, you will have a sturdy, safe, and well-structured staircase that meets all your needs.
